If you bought one of our apps as a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights apply in full, including the right of withdrawal where it is available. Purchases go through the App Store, so refund requests are handled by Apple under their terms.
Complaints about an app can be sent to mail@magellanstudios.org or through the contact page, and we will reply within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This site respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system, which turns off the scroll animations, works from the keyboard, and carries text alternatives for its graphics. If something here is unusable for you, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.
